Our Service Department can take care of all your air conditioning needs.

Routine Inspection: more info

   A general inspection of your A/C equipment is recommended once a year. This will help minimize breakdowns, drain line clogs and help your system run more efficiently.

Comfort Club Membership (CCM):

   Done twice per year, a CCM provides everything your residential HVAC system needs to maintain optimum efficiency (filters extra). As a CCM member, you also receive 10% off all service calls, replacement parts and receive priority response.

Commercial Maintenance Agreements (CMA):

   For our commercial customers who would like to maintain their AC system(s) at optimum efficiency, our service techs can meet with you to discuss what services you would like performed. An equipment survey will be performed at no charge and a written quote will be provided to you.

  Equipment replacement:

   Our Comfort Care specialists will help you with the design, operating costs, maintenance, SEER ratings, indoor air quality and overall costs when you are considering replacing your old AC system.

Utility Rebates:

   When you purchase a qualifying new AC system, we will process the necessary paper work for you to receive rebates from your utility company.

Duct Cleaning:

   Is the indoor air you breathe clean? Have your tenants in your rental properties complained about air quality? Duct cleaning can help eliminate dust, mildew, pollen, animal dander and other particulate from the air you breathe that irritates allergies and asthma and keep your AC system cleaner. Breathe Easy!

Engineering:

   If you are planning on building a house, an addition, a multi-family building or a business, you will need a complete, accurate and signed set of HVAC load calculations, energy calculations and in some cases complete duct design drawings to submit to your municipality for permitting. Our engineering department can provide you with everything you will need for permits at a reasonable price. In fact, if Air West is hired to do the HVAC work for your project, the cost of the services listed above will be subtracted from the cost of your HVAC work so that you will actually pay nothing for our engineering services. When we are hired for this type of work, engineering is part of what we do.  

New Construction:

   Our new construction department is experienced in room additions, residential homes, condos, high rises, commercial buildings and retail spaces. We work closely with our customers to meet and exceed their needs and expectations during the building process. We also work closely with all other contractors and building officials to get the project completed on time, within budget with quality goods and workmanship.
